   To whom it may concern,
   I purchased a product recently and then I had another payment taken out of my account which I didn’t agree to, I would like to have this money back asap please.

      Hi,
      Im finding it extremely difficult to get in touch with someone who is able to help me resolve my major issues with the purchase of an ebike from kogan!!    I purchased washmachine in 21st JAN 2025, first started machine big noise and spin big shake cause to move ,i sended message help care centre 10 days already no body contact me . why ? and how we trust ?!

      I purchased a Kogan 24 inch TV 12Volt for my caravan.
      When package arrived it is the 240 volt version of no use to me.
      Via Kogan Customer Care I have Emailed 8 times with absolutely no reply except asking for photo of bar code etc. which I did.
      The package was dispatched March 7.
      WHY has there been NO action on my complaint. !!!

   I have Emailed Kogan Customer Care 8 times in the last 2 weeks complaining about the wrong order I received.
   I ordered a 12Volt Kogan 24 inch TV and received a 240 Volt TV same brand and size.
   I am requesting a replacement and have had ZERO reply to my Emails.
   This purchase was to be installed in a caravan for a trip in early April.
   WHY is there no reply to my Emails ,I am very disappointed in this lack of service.

   This is ridiculous, as im ALSO going through the same thing as this!! They have sent someone out to pick up the ebike ive purchased, but they’ve sent them to the wrong address!!! Nobody is helping me resolve this! And also, it was a birthday present for my son back in March!!!! Maddylan1987@gmail.com
