   Way to go, Greedy company, your change in parking at you Launceston store has now lost you customers! three days of trying to get parking, has given me the opportunity to shop elsewhere, $4395.45 loss for you, benefit to Decorama, where I was able to park easily.
   Hard enough for staff to get parking as it is in this town, Congragulations for making it even harder for your staff.

   The worst online shopping experience i have ever had
   order placed, money taken, item sitting in yor despatch for well over a week, no response from emails, phone call a waste of time will only respond by email no indication when i if i will recieve item at all, not good enough

   the worst company ive ever dealt with in Australia!!
   i will be making sure every single person knows to NEVER order blinds from the made to measure department…
   the neglect is next level

   Have been trying for 3 days to get blinds from Upper Coomera the only place that has Koo 50mm GOLDEN OAK TIMBER VENETIAN BLINDS
   120cm width and 137 wide. Costing $90 on Sale
   When I go on line and got to order (as I have 1) the site will not accept my address ( which I have changed thru their system)
   Or pay thru PAY PAL which I always use and has my correct details
   Can not get anyone on the phone, as they will not take orders
   Have been a member for over 10years and am extremely frustrated as my builder is waiting on these blinds
   surely someone has the ability to sort this out!!

   Most useless company ive ever dealt with in Australia..
   I’ve left over 5 reviews bad reviews on this company and i will endeavour to keep spreading the word on just how bad their customer service is & product quality ( ready to made blinds )

   DO NOT ORDER READY ,ADE CURTAINS BLINDS ECT FROM THIS COMPANY
