I have walked into one of the stores (Corrimal 180 NSW) thinking that the information I received from my wife was going to be a simple one, in and out the store then start cooking. I could not find what I was looking for then decided to ask for hep be the next store person. I then approached the staff member and with excitement I then asked “if this was the only pork ribs and if they have any other packs in the cool room or the ones I’m looking for are the marinated ones? The staff member Josh turned to me with the angriest face and aggressive tone replies ” no that’s all we have then brushes pass me to get away from me. I was so confused by this person manner and asked politely for the same thing when he turned and ” we only have this one and pointed to the plain ribs. I then explained my wife has purchased it before and if he is sure that no more ribs are in the store.
In a very aggressive tone, he responded by ” I told you mate we don’t have what you are looking for and only have the raw ribs on the shelf. still confused as I’m not sure he knows what I want I tried to explain then her walks away by saying,’ mate I told you twice now we and the product you are looking for is no longer in stock as the stock gets rotated and it’s no longer available. At this stage I’m no long filled with excitement or joy of getting the ribs and all the other goods for dinner but want to get the hell out of this store. As I’m walking out, I decided to talk to the manager about my experience only to be greeted by the same arrogant rude and aggressive person (He is the Manager of the store) I Then spoke to him about his behaviour only to receive the same treatment I got in the aisles. I then left and straight to Woolworths and to be greeted by friendly staff, from wanting ribs and ended up with $85 worth of this for dinner.
