I would like to leave a review of your Rosebud store in Victoria please. I do not live in the area, but when visiting went in to your store and I have to say that the vibe was so inviting that I was immediately relaxed whilst browsing. The assistance I received from Judy was outstanding and nothing was a trouble for her, and her assistant. I usually shop in the north east of town but I will be shopping in Rosebud again whenever I am in the area.
The whole retail in store attitude could learn a lot from Judy.

The mature aged staff member who works on a Sunday at the North Rockhampton Suzanne Grae store, needs some training on customer service. It was extremely rude and offensive to witness her shake her head and roll her eyes, after my hearing impaired 96yr old Grannie needed more than one explaination to her question.
