  1. VERY POOR service from this bank
    have been “ON HOLD” for over an hour and a quarter waiting to get someone to help with internet banking and still waiting.

    The bank does not appear to know about the current technology that is available for CALL BACK when a long que is waiting.
    I assume one day someone will look at this email and wake up to the fact that this is available and actually get around to using it …
    however I do not cross my fingers or hold my breath waiting …
