I am disappointed in Bunnings click and collect. After placing our order and paying for it {$398.86}, we received an email telling us our order was cancelled for no reason. Our money is now pending and not available for a few working days. I called the Pakenham store and after being on hold for 30mins I was told by the staff member this happens quite a lot and she couldn’t do anything about it but give me the number of the Customer Service. I called this and was on hold for another 30mins. I have now left my number and I’m waiting for a call back. I will not be using or recommending the Click and collect service.
I visited the Wangaratta Store today to purchase several items. On traversing the aisles, a couple with a dog on an extendable lead blocked my passage and nearly caused me to fall. Totally oblivious to the chaos the dog was causing, I backtracked and went down another aisle to avoid them. After picking up one item, I rounded another corner to get something else. I had to stop because the same dog was blocking the entire aisle with the owners totally oblivious. I asked them to rein in their dog, but were visibly upset with me for asking.
I then made my way to the cash register, and was held up by a crowd of people talking to another dog owner and patting his pet.
I go to Bunnings to purchase hardware items not to meet dogs. As an aged pensioner I am nervous about the tripping and falling hazards these animals can cause in your stores. I await your reply.
I am totally dissatisfied with your new webdesign. I live 100 km from 3 Bunnings stores and require to know before I travel which Bunnings store will stock the items I wish to buy.
1. The product webpages no longer connect to any information about stores or stock availability in which store.
2. The individual store webpages have no information re stock availability.
3. the feedback webpage is purely for complaints about a particular store.
I have NO complaints about any store staff – they are all delightful and helpful.
I have a VERY BIG complaint for the head office executive staff who are currentlybeing very uncommunicative and have clearly instructed that the webpages are to be user-unfriendly, obscure and unhelpful.
I currently have no alternative but to find other suppliers with stock availability in store information on their websites. { I have done this regularly before when I have banned Bunnings as sellers of “next week’s hard rubbish”}.
It is vital when dealing with “cheapest Prices” stores to carefully examine the products personally before buying as returning goods is another 200 Km round trip and a waste of time and fuel.
I remind the executives to watch the quality carefully as I had to return all 12 hardware products I purchased from you one year and my bitter complaint about quality was rewarded with a 3 second addition to your commercials claiming “Best Quality as well” – WHO ARE YOU KIDDING – LOL? Bunnings has a lot of excellent products, but has regularly been victim to Asian scammers providing shoddy products cheaply.
i also got a platitude reply from a store employee who was extremely sorry???? ie couldn’t give a sh……. The purpose of my email was to alert and get a better perhaps cheaper product with attention to simple good design which was sadly lacking the following is the email and reply Bunnings – Reference number 250326215652

to me
Hi Ian,
Thanks for taking the time to tell us about your recent Bunnings experience, we’re sorry to hear it wasn’t great.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced with your Jumbuck BBQ. We understand how disappointing it must be to have your expectations not met.
We want to clarify that the Jumbuck BBQ is designed as an entry-level model, and while we strive to offer a quality product at an affordable price, it may not be directly comparable to higher-end options like the American Blackstone grills. We’re truly sorry to hear about the issues you’ve encountered with the cooking surface and excess oil collection, and we understand how frustrating these problems can be.
As the BBQ is now over 12 months old, unfortunately, it falls outside of our standard 12-month warranty period, and we are unable to offer a replacement or further assistance with the product.
Again, we are sorry for the frustration caused and appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Thanks again for taking the time to have your say.
Regards,
Lukka ALLSOP

Thats all very nice and i have not asked for a refund or replacement
The fact that it is an entry level BBQ (which btw I found an insulting comment) is irrelevant when it comes to design and testing
It would cost absolutely no more to make the oil and scraps removal much larger and able to take a standard aluminium collection container
The non stick surface is of such poor quality it should discontinued and not applied at all which would also save you money ( btw the non expensive Blackstone has no such non stick surface if you bothered to check)
So everything you have said is a load of you know what and you owe it to yourselves and your customers to do so much better and save yourself money too
NOT HAPPY JAN sums it up
