  2. This consignment was out for delivery on Friday. I watched one of your delivery drivers drive past looking lost as I walked to the gym. The parcel did not turn up.

    Monday I was advised again that it would be delivered, as I walked to the gym this morning I once again saw your delivery van this time parked with a driver in it. I clearly signaled him but he ignored me and drove off.

    Now I receive an e-mail stating that you have delivered my parcel which is clearly not there. Where is it?

    Please deliver my parcel as contracted.

    This incompetence is off the scale

    I am very displeased; my parcel has not been collected. It was booked for collection Monday 25 November @ 2pm. Why is it not collected.

    I have tried calling the 1300361000 number but without an account number, you can’t speak with someone. I have used the AI and was told someone would contact me yesterday and today.

    I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE.

    Can someone please tell me why the courier has not collected the parcel.

    Your urgent assistance is greatly appreciated.

  5. CourierPlease is one of the worst delivery services I’ve encountered – no means of contact apart from a useless chatbot – after that no support at all. Parcel has been missing for 2 weeks now – cannot get help or contact anyone.

  6. I find that this is one of the worst couriers I’ve ever seen. They don’t like to be contacted by phone for enquires about a package that late for delivery. I say this as I have worked in Melbourne for a courier company.

  7. Obviously this company is a scam as so many parcels have gone missing, mine included. The virtual assistant is worse than useless and nobody can ring the company to enquire about their missing parcels.

  8. I have the same issue cannot get through without an account number, have not received our parcel from 2nd of Dec 24 order. Much better companies around than this one. Sent an email to help tried to use bot on 2 occasions and still no response from this company.

  9. Organised for a parcel to picked up on 16.12.24 still sitting our mailroom 1 month later. CC has been debited no one has collected my parcel. Tried to call, with no account just a one off you can’t get through and the bot I have now requested 3 times for someone to contact me and nothing. Absolutely unacceptable.

  11. WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER!!! No way to contact them accept via that useless Ai.

    They failed to delivery my parcel even though i was at home IN the driveway fixing my Vehicle at the time they say they tried to deliver my parcel.

    They even have my Mobile phone number to contact me and did not even make an attempt to call me.

    LYING BARSTARD !!!!!

    every day my vehicle is off the road it costs me money, I need that parcel to fix my vehicle and get back to work.

  13. Supposedly attempted delivery 28.02.25. Check security cameras, no attempted delivery. your website tells me to contact customer service due to attempted delivery. Yet your system doesnt recognise the Consignment Number you provided. Have attempted several times to get info and still nothing.
    Have advised Kmart about the poor service of the courier they used, the lack of customer support and inability to actually to talk to someone. Have also contacted the nearest drop of point to me and they do not have my parcel either.
    Will be contacting the ombudsman about this if I do not receive my parcel within the next week.

    Failed to deliver, despite address looking fine. Only found out there was an issue once looking up tracking number well after the failed delivery date… AI assistant not helpful (it took another message and said someone would be in touch, but 2 weeks later and no-one has. No ability to phone unless you have a customer number, and after making one up, it was all automated anyway.

  15. Seems like you’re true to form after reading the reviews, the same is happing to me, stayed home all day Friday but no delivery as promised in email. I didn’t have a say in the courier if I did it would not be your company, poor service, over a week from Sydney to Dubbo NSW. I will be letting Bunnings know.
