Today I unfortunately had an accident in my vehicle at the Dan Murphys Store, – Old Pacific Highway, Oxenford – a gentleman (an employee) by the name of Andrew (from recollection) could not do enough for me – phoned the NRMA and also organised a tow truck. In this day and age one does not expect that kind of treatment and help. Cannot thank him enough and feel Head Office should be made aware of the kindness and help he showed me as I am 83 years of age and was concentrating on my very ill husband who was at home instead of concentrating on what I was doing. Other members of the staff also were so kind and considerate making sure I was given a glass of water.
Would like to think that Head Office could also thank him for his kindness and consideration .

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of cold beer at the Eltham Dan Murphy they have not been stoking their fridge to an acceptable level for about 4 months now
So much so that I will take my business to First Choice in Greensborough
What’s this ridiculous new policy I buy six of the same bottles of wine take one out of bag to get scanned saying I have six, even showing my bag, ah but no I have to take every bottle out to be scanned separately. Twice this has happened, when I asked can’t you put through as 6 x then scan, was told no it is more accurate to scan each bottle. Hummm have I been ripped off many times being scanned in bulk. How can this be more accurate. It’s so damn annoying. Please explain why this is happening.
