Hi my daughter did not receive her December donut.
Her birthday is on 29th December and I was wondering if the free donut gets onto her Daniels dough nut app please.
Her number is 0401444295
I have visited your outlet located at the entrance to the K Mart store in Campbellfield on a number of occasions as I enjoy your products, in particular your pies and party pies.
Earlier this week I visited this outlet. There were a few other customers present at the time, but it was not what I would consider busy.
On this occasion I waited, and waited, to get served but after being completely ignored by your staff who apparently preferred to serve other and obviously younger customers before or instead of me, I walked out.
As I picked up my shopping bag and walked away UNSERVED one of the younger customers who had been served ahead of me watched as I departed, and his reaction indicated that he was aware of what had occurred and appeared a little embarrassed by what had occurred.
As I walked away, I decided that if that was ‘normal’ service’ at Daniel’s Donuts I would never bother to patronise this or any other of your company outlets in the future.
Furthermore, I fully intend to pass on my experience to friends and acquaintances and suggest that they do the same.
Whilst I readily accept that I am old, and therefore considered invisible in society today, I certainly don’t believe that I, or any customer regardless of age deserve to be treated as such by staff who have obviously never been trained properly in customer service.
Surely my money and my patronage are as good as anyone else’s, and I believe that it is not unreasonable for me to expect and deserve to be treated in an appropriate and respectful manner and not ignored as seems to be a far too common attitude towards the elderly these days.
