   I have constantly tried to cancel my subscription and still being charged for the payment. I have tried to go on the app etc and no end of trouble to cancel . I don’t authorized any direct transactions from my account. I want this stopped immediately.

   I want my door dash account removed, I used this many years ago and deleted the account and have found out that I’m still being charged monthly not realizing it is a subscription. I’m furious and want this stopped. Email address rozdonma@gmail.com or roz_ma@hotmail.com was what the account was created with.
   I have no satisfaction at trying to cancel this ,I have tried using the app and not successful. There isn’t a clear direction in contacting an Australian email. I have downloaded the app to try to remove this subscription and also deleted this app.

   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Still trying to retrieve stolen funds. They took money from my account for a purchase from a store that does NOT have Doordash – nor has it had it working for more than 6 months. Had to re-purchased goods again at the checkout. Impossible to retrieve funds from this company as their ‘computers wont allow them to refund’ however their computers are fine to take money! Informing police of stolen funds and giving all info to them to retrieve. Customer beware. Advertised businesses may not even have a working Doordash account connected to their store but they will take your funds anyway and not refund (2 weeks later – still chasing it). FRAUDsters!

   What a stuff up they make of your order
   I said I would never use them again

   But I am at work and getting hungry
   This is the second time this has happend to me now
   That my order has not come.
   But chaege for it

   I would like to thank them for their on going support. Although not 100 per cent perfect, I hope they strive for perfection. As only a new business and entity I look forward, as with most companies I have worked for or or dealt with, to succeed and excel. It would be greatly appreciated if we could book delivery days and gift purchases in advance for more than 3 days for special occasions and memorable events for loved ones. A greater ease of use and easier assessabilty to cancel and obtain refunds would be appreciated. Purchases for items from other stores such as Big W to acquire ladies attire and gifts would be loved. Thank you kind regards.

   I would like to request to able to purchase cigerettes from Coles on doordash. May you also include business where one can purchase clothing, nightwear, undergarments, underwear, shoes, perfumes and gifts for special occasions. Greatful. Kind regards
