   Good Afternoon ,

   My name is Clare I am the Senior Business Development Manager at Broadscope Facility Services.

   I called and spoke to the Regional Manager Sharonin Bentleigh Estia Health and she kindly directed me to contact Head Office in Sydney .I wanted to see if you were happy with your current in house cleaners and whether you would be interested in a very competitive costing from us at Broadscope.
   We have started picking up quite a few Aged Care contracts now and have plenty of experienced staff available across the Victoria area. I understand you have cleaning with in house staff but I wanted to let you know that we supply periodical work as well eg steam cleaning of carpets, strip and seal floors , window cleaning , steam cleaning of furniture etc.
