JUST TRIED calling you on several occasions regarding the delivery company you use please give me a call back on 0412226400
if my call is important like you say over the message bank why dont you answer your phone at your head office ??
I ordered a tuscony coffee table at the Townsville shop around the 11Sept (it’s the 25th November ) and got told it will be another 4 weeks. This is after numerous mistakes on behalf of the store. Your customer service did not answer the phone after an hour. What sort of store are you running. It’s disgusting and will be telling everyone I can about this experience and it shows just how much you care about customers
I have been waiting month for my second box . I have been waiting for hour for some one to answer my phone
I purchased 2 book cases on line and paid immediately. Received a text message to say were being delivered the next day. When I queried after waiting 2 hours after the due time I tried to call their customer service. I held on the phone for 2 hours ( I left the phone and did other chores) I finally hung up as it is probably a dead line.) Finally rang a store and got a lovely responsive apologetic staff member who immediately followed it up. Hopefully my order will finally arrive the next day. I say hopefully as to date it seems to operate on disaster timing???
I ordered a bed before Xmas. Half the bed arrived 50ks away from my house and I was told they would not deliver. 1 month of contacting fantastic via live chat, phone and email and still no resolution! Employees keep hanging up on me and ignoring me and don’t return my calls. Absolutely disgusting service! Iv reported fantastic to the retail ombudsman so they can help me as this is theft and fraud to take my money and say they can deliver the product and never do! Never shop with fantastic furniture!

I have been trying to get in touch with customer care. I have been waiting for weeks to get a refund for a cancelled order.

I purchased a vanity for my daughter for Xmas and When we opened it on Xmas eve to put it together we found it was very damaged. I contacted customer service instantly via message on 25/12 to explain what had happened and sent lots of photos to show the damage. I was contacted back quite quickly which impressed me, to say it had been logged but that’s where it ends. I have had to contact you guys numerous times via email and phone including being on hold for an over an hour on the phoneline and the live chat. When I finally got through I spoke to someone really helpful and he told me he could see in my file i had been offered $30 as a resolution to my issue (first I’d heard of this) I said this was unnaceptable and i just wanted to exchange the item damaged item for a new one that is not damaged. The operator made me feel like my issue was finally going to be dealt with BUT again that’s where it ends because that was Wednesday the 8th and it is now Monday 13th and still no word.
I am so disappointed with the service I have received as a business owner myself the way I have been treated is unacceptable. I am not asking for a refund just simply wanting what I paid for which is an undamaged vanity. I am going to contact the ACCC to report this issue as I am certainly not getting anywhere with your company.
I will definitely not be purchasing from you guys again which is a shame because I have made quite a few purchases with your company but this experience has left me nervous and disgruntled. I feel ripped off and taken advantage of.
