Hi, I need to know what the axle load limits are front and rear of the gwm cannon. Can’t find them anywhere. Need to know for towing a caravan. Thanks Rod
I am so interested about the one that still not come to Australia market which is ShanHaiPao (cannon Alpha) performance version(3.0T V 6 engine) ! Will it be Australia market and when? I am also interested in the new Haval H9, 2.4T diesel engine! Will it come to Australia and when! Currently I have two GWM car, cannon L and X 200, I want to replace one of them to a tougher one, better not need to upgrade, performance version is the best choice for me! Because a few days ago, I (actually is the cannon L) was almost stuck on a slippery slope of a mountain! So I think I need a car with a winch and more power! After that I want to replace my X 200 to new H 9 be a family car! That is why I leave this comment!
GWM Tank 500 V6 version will be arrive in to Australia anytime soon?
HI I’ve had my Great Wall 240 X since 2011, and it has served me well. Lately however she’s been surging in low gear – climbing small inclines and going around roundabouts. Then she started surging down the highway at 80 kms. Everything has been checked by three different mechanics all say it’s fine. However, I drive it home and then tried to restart it again and same old problem difficult to turn on and won’t hold the revs then chonks out.
Backing camera has rarely ever worked – 4 WD selector won’t disengage and often will drop into 4 WD over a small bump. We are now thinking maybe it’s computer related. Also have had three different auto electricians look at it and they can’t find a problem as they don’t have a comparison on their computer to match the vehicle. So how do we overcome that issue?
I am absolutely disgusted with Haval Australia, Me and my partner bought a Haval hybrid ultra last year and about two months prior to Christmas we had a engine light come on the dash, I took the car to a Haval service Centre and was there for 5 hours for the engine light and also a towing issue in the car too 5 hours later not one thing fixed on the car and they had to order the part in and send a Techline issue overseas to a answer how to fix it, It is now mid February 2025 3 to 4 months later and still no answers and still no fix car, Haval customer service is the worse company to deal with was to have a case manager ring me back about 5 weeks ago now still hasn’t and Have sent 6 to 7 emails now to Haval Australia and no response what so ever, Have a second thought when buying a Haval as when you buy it after that they screw you over and don’t help you what so ever.
