On Wednesday I travelled from Hervey Bay to Bundaberg for a 7.30am appointment on Thursday.
When I arrived I was informed that the batch of fluid that was produced overnight was not suitable for use and it would take 4 hours for another batch to be ready. I couldn’t go home so I had to wait. When I returned your staff could not be more efficient. When the fluid was tested and found okay I was immediately injected and after a hour was immediately taken for the scan. I left at 2pm.
Whilst I was not happy for the delay your staff could not have keep me more informed and treated me extremely well.
The staff involved are a credit to your organisation and performed well under pressure
In November 2024 we paid an invoice of $65.00 twice. It was alerted to I-Med Bundaberg who contacted the head office. Advice given was to send an email with all the details to brunhelda.Samuel@i-med.com.au requesting a refund and quoted our bank details to which the refund should be paid, which I sent on 7.1.25. After hearing nothing I wrote another email on 13 January to the same address to which I received the reply that it may take 10 days for the money to go into my account. It is now too long overdue, we are pensioners and need that repayment.
