My name is shery and I am new member just from yesterday only,and for bad luck my knee is twisted in the Gyme and I can’t walk, I wait for the next day to fix but it becomes more worser so I go today in the morning and asked her to cancel my membership until my knee fixed so she cancelled but not refunded the key access fees 89.95 $,and she told me not refunded, I asked her to take the key and back for me the payment for access key but she refused and refunded to talk with the manager and told me his number is personal and I can’t alk with him so, please help me to refunded my access key especially I joined only one day from 26 August only ,I am sure I, have the right to refunded the money even only one day so please 🙏🏻 I asked to help me. Thanks

  2. Hello. I am 83 years old. On Monday 18th November 2024 I for the first time entered Subway with my nurse-supporter worker. This was my first visit in my entire life. The underaged staff were congenial, efficient and professional except for a light-haired Australian woman in her late 30’s-40’s I assume is the manager who approached me abruptly, impatiently and quite rude who rushed me to make payment not realizing my nurse was next to me to pay for my order.
    It this common practice to abuse and treat the elderly like the Holocaust with disrespect? Not good for social media reviews. Your call if you want me to return back again.
