I HAVE JUST SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AT YOUR CAMPBELLTOWN STORE AND WAS AWAITING A BACK ORDER IT HAS APPARENTLY ARRIVED TODAY AND I WAS INFORMED BY A PHONE CALL WE NEERD TO PICK IT UP AS IT WAS NOT IN STOCK WHEN I ORDERED AND THAT IS COMPLETELY ON YOU GUYS AND AS DISCUSSED WITH GIRL UPON PURCHASE AND DELIVERY PAID FOR I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE DELIVERED WHEN THE ITEM CAME IN BUT NOW SHE WANTED TO STAND IN THE STORE AND BE VERY RUDE AND INSIST SHE WAS RIGHT EVEN AFTER ME SHOWING HER PROOF SHE STILL WANTED TO STAND ON THE SHOP FLOOR AND ARGUE JUST TO PROVE A POINT.SHE IS VERY VERY RUDE AND IF THIS IS WHO YOU HAVE REPRESENTING YOUR STORE I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

  3. It is almost impossible to speak with anyone regarding a complaint, I was advised there is no such section and to lodge an email. The more I see the more I’ve realised I don’t wish to shop with James Lane anymore after years of being a loyal customer.
    Yesterday was the icing on the cake when the the Warranty team advised by email, I can’t help any further, what a disgrace the customer service and staff are, have they not been trained in customer service at all. I’ve seen enough to know I won’t spend my money there.

  4. Don’t even bother with this company. Useless.

    Paid for delivery to my door (explained that it would be up a flight of stairs, which they assured me would be no problem), then upon delivery, they refused to do so. I had no other option than to accept the delivery as is, and organise my own means of getting the couch upstairs. I have since tried to contact about a refund on the amount I paid for delivery, and have met refusal after refusal.

    James Lane will make you pay for a service you don’t even receive, and then hide behind head office. Astounding.
