   Worst experience ever with LJ hooker. Never should have bought the place. Can I please some one to contact from head office please?

   Terrible experience with LJ Hooker. I sent a feedback but the local office denies misconduct and misleading.
   I want to get in touch with head office.

   Hi my name is samer delbani
   I am a tenant in condell park nsw
   Under ljhooker bankstown branch
   I have a problem with pump as its not working from more than 1 years
   I talk and message and send video every week and the manager in bankstown said they search for a quote from a plumber they think i m a child as they didnt find one for more than 1 yrs or they didnt respect me
   I said i will complain ,i will take you to court,i will stop payment also they didnt care
   I ask for a general manager no answear.
   I want to ask if i didnt pay after how many hours not month you will complain me??
   Feel the same
   My back yard full of water and smell very bad,can i find some one help solve this problem with your staff

   I applied for a house with my wife and our application was unsuccessful as it was offered to another applicant. Fair enough, that offer wasn’t completed so we were contacted and asked if we were still interested in the property. I said yes, they said they’d draw up the lease agreement and email it to me for me and my wife to sign, then we just needed to pay the first month’s rent and the bond. No problem. I got another call requesting another document, a bank statement (I later found out from another agency that they have no legal right to demand such a document, they can ask, but I don’t have to provide it). I provided the document and the offer of the property was withdrawn and we were notified by email, but only after we’d been ghosted for not having $50k in savings and me ringing up to find out why I hadn’t receiced a lease to sign. Totally unprofessional service and possibly illegal conduct. Agency was LJ Hooker in Rowville, Victoria..
