   Dearest Lululemon
   After making a small purchase ( very comfy sports socks ) in your Chadstone store in the middle of the day today, the paper bag that I was carrying a full morning of shopping in broke and scattered all of my said shopping at the entrance of your store.
   Two very beautiful and caring staff members came immediately to my aid and not only assisted me to collect my things but also generously gave me one of your sturdy cloth bags to replace my broken paper bag.
   When I offered to return to the checkout to pay for my new bag, your caring staff would not hear of it and not only gave me the bag but also took away my inferior ripped paper bag.
   Thank you Lululemon for hiring such generous and caring staff members.
   This was my first experience in your store but I will certainly be returning and singing your praises.
