   Just tried your advertised customer service phone number – why am I am surprised that I only receive a phone message advising your customer service staff are busy – the word service does not exist anymore and McDonalds is up there with the worst. All I want to do is to get through via phone to McDonalds Taree – trying for over a week – this to ask about information re purchasing gift vouchers to give to children who are part of a Christmas Wish Tree – this to help local families doing it tough during these very harsh economic times in Australia. I was not (heaven forbid) going to ask for a donation, but I am looking for someone to sponsor the purchase of vouchers i.e. 20 x $15.00 to enable me to include a voucher within each Christmas Hamper for the local families. How hard should this be – a phone call TO THE ADVERTISED PHONE NUMBER. Just a try, but is there anyone now working at McDonalds who still practices good old customer service…. or should I just scratch this off my list of items I would like to provide to a number of children??????????????????????????????????????????

   Hi I live in Rural Victoria and how disappointing is it to have Mc Happy Day and not to have no items that promote Mac Happy day at our local store to be sold not 1 pair of sock like wow seriously how is this right. As a person who every year buys ample pairs to help and then donates them so varies charities for kids in need so basically to help 2 cause in 1 but that cant happen when there is none at all in our store like how shocking,sad and how disgraceful of the CEO of the company. Who ever is incharge of it all and organising of the distribution side of it all should be fired as they have not by far done their job at all well not for us country people anyway, Or sorry do us country people not matter or does our money not matter either? Yes we can still donate so why have a hige winge about it but wow really. Why should we not get the merch just like the major city outlets we probably sell out just as quick. Seriously pull your finger out of your ass this should be all about selling all the merch you can if the demand is there. Then yous should jump through hoop and provide it. The managers have been asking for over 5 weeks and sent many many emails had many calls and its all gone unheard. How disappointing and disgracefull. Wonder what Maccas are going to say if this goes on the front page of News Papers now that now I might make possible im that angry. So much money that could have been raised but nope someone was just too friggin lazy to give a shit so yep Thanks Maccas the Kids/ Hospital 0 Maccas 1 yous probably made Millions today hope your proud. For East Gippsland it was Mac Sad Day really.

   last week McDonalds Yallambie victoria.
   they messed up my order twice they left out a 2nd lot of chips.
   Thick shake was runny I spoke with store MANAGER next day on phone and lost it. SHE TOLD ME TO UNDERSTAND THAT THICK SHAKES ARE NOT THICK. I’ve bought them for decades not like this. I ended up hanging up on her.

   I ordered 2 triple cheeseburgers with only meat cheese and onion with heaps on each AND I MADE SURE TELLING HER THAT I ONLY WANT CHEESEBURGER ONIONS I GOT NONE.
   ALL OF THIS PEED ME RIGHT OFF.
   as the cheese burger onions are special and the best. after replacing them I went home and when I bit into 1 cheeseburgers I couldn’t taste onion they instead THEY PUT A WHOLE 3 RINGS OF ONION ON THEM ALL LOL on the burgers. the thick shake was watery chips hard and non fresh I couldn’t eat them.

   NOW TODAY IVE TRIED TO RING HEAD OFFICE SINCE 9 AM TODAY AND ON ANOTHER NUMBER A 1800 CANT GET THROUGH. 1 TELLS ME LINNES ARE CONGESTED OTHER ENGAGERS LIKE PHONES ARE OFF THE HOOK. I STILL HAVE THE THICK SHAKES. if i;m not refunded i will make the store wear them. and i dont care ifd i get charged. this store has pigs working. ive had enough. they havent even replied since i got through last week

   I WILL NOT ACCEPT VOUCHERS AS THAT FEED HAS TURNED MJE OFF MCDONALDS ALL TOGETHER. I’LL MAKE MY OWN

   I spent over 10 minutes in waiting bay. first order completely messed up THEN AFTER REPLACING THE ORDER IT WAS WRONG AGAIN AND TOTOL POOH.
   another 5 minutes wasted total of over 15 minutes.
   3 MONTHS AGO SAME PROBLEM and worse than anything the store around cooking things had chips papers and was total filthy. next day i asked for manager store manager they told me he was in india. and that night all Indian people were staff all.

   I could go on and on I’ve left complaints of their facebook page and review sites

   never ever again will i use that store. the worst store I have used in around 50 years.

   i miss grape slushies please bring them back i used to have 4 every day, i was their biggest supporter orange sucks i hate orange no one even gets orange grape was the best flavour im dying without it grape frozen was the only thing that made life worth living, without it i am lost please i am begging you i dont care if you make them $5 each i will buy them i will make it worth it there is a space on the frozen flavour machine for an extra flavour no one even likes sprite and orange why would you get rid of grape and mango for these ass flavours its so bad everyone wants grape and mango back i dont really care about mango just grape please its my last wish when i go on deathrow i will ask for a grape slushy and then you will have to make me one thank you

   grape slushies were the best thing ever invented i lived for them i craved them they were my pride and joy everyone knew of my love for frpzen grape, i made tiktoks about it i was never without it, id have hospital appointments and the only thing getting me through them was the knowledge i could have a grape frozen on the way home i used to work at maccies in the united kingdom, and id have a grape frozen multiple times throughout my shift. id eat it with a spoon. my tongue was always purple, but i was HAPPY.

   i havent felt proper happiness since you discontinued grape frozens. ill never forget the way my heart dropped when i found out. that day my life changed. my whole family and all my friends have noticed, i havent been the same. the light has gone out of my eyes. my soul is starved. starved of grape frozen. please just bring it back. im begging. everyone is begging.

   customers all want grape and mango frozens back. they try and order a grape and mango frozen and i have to say sorry we dont do them anymore. i say this with tears in my eyes, and heaviness in my heart. i witness the moment the news hits them, as they register this loss. the loss of my life, as taylor swift would say. its possible she even wrote that song about the discontinuation of grape frozen. i will write a song about grape frozens.

   I am so over getting ripped of at your 2.5billion dollar company. Firstly I got a cheeseburger with no meat patty yep it’s true is that what you call quality control. It’s also a great mission to experience FRESH fries. It’s extremely disappointing that everything is just slapped together with no thought about who is actually consuming your expensive crap. 😕 Most people just put up with it however I will not stay silent!! I would like a personal call from the CEO ASAP. Fed up customer!!!
