Can someone please tell me when my service will be restored. 30 Flinders Avenue St Ives. I have spoken to my provider (Optus) and they say I have to talk to NBN but NBN says I have to talk to my provider! Please, I just need an approximate date for restoration.

Hi there, would like an update on rollback case 101114895 ASAP please. My bonus data is about to expire and Telstra have no idea. Every time I call them they want to raise a new order which is what we dont need – we need NBN to dig us a pit. We moved in January and still waiting. Please have someone call me ASAP.
