Hello
I purchased a new nespresso machine on the 24th of December and when I took it home the machine wasn’t producing the crema at the top.
I called Nespresso and they video called me and confirmed that there was no crema and that they will call me back after speaking to a manager to swap my machine over.
I was told yesterday that this can’t be done?
If a machine is faulty isn’t it under warranty?
Can a managet from heaf office call me on 0403511591 to resolve this issue.
I have been a customer for over 10 years and am not happy to have this outcome!
Having a faulty machine is unacceptable!
I have a faulty Vertuo Creatista machine which is less than 12 months old!
I have had video calls to call centre in Malaysia who have confirmed machine has several issues and want to send it for repair.
This is not acceptable it is less than 12 months old and after repair it then becomes a second hand machine Not what I have paid for.
I have tried to contact someone in Australia, I have requested for someone in Australia to contact me all with no luck.
We have been a loyal customer for 20 years which at this rate is about to come to an end if nobody in Australia cares enough to contact me to sort this issue out properly.
Not being able to contact anyone in your own country is a sign that as a company you don’t care and are in it for the money grab not quality customer service.
I would like the courtesy of a phone call to discuss further.
