   I’m trying to contact the person responsible for tv based treatments. I tried the 1800:431 401 number, but I get a message that my can’t be completed as dialled. Could please provide me with a name and contact details? It would be greatly appreciated.

   Dear Netflix,
   I’d like to request English captions for foreign films when characters switch to English. Currently, English dialogue isn’t captioned, which can make it difficult to follow.
   I hope this can be addressed to improve the viewing experience.

   I was given the option to join Netflix with advertisements for a lower cost of around $6.00. I declined, but somehow, without option, I was forced to fill out birth date and age information to access to Netflix. The next thing I know is I have ads in the shows ????? This is rather underhanded and unacceptable. I need feedback and returned to original contract or I will cancel the subscription.

   Trying to contact the Head Office by phone or email – seems impossible. Chat lines and chat calls of no use to address my issue and the staff have no idea of the direct telephone numbers.
