  1. Dear John Austin (COO).
My name is Scott McKenzie and have purchased two items AA27380|AA27381 off the back of the quality assurance of your product and an expected delivery time of late March, early April 2025. We purchased these items in January 2025. My concern is this. Firstly we were told that the products would be received here in Australia in late March, then we received an email to inform us that this would now be 13 April. Then in a text a revised date towards the end of April was provided and now after chasing the order I’m now told that the shipment is due in Australia in the second week of May.
As you can probably note and I’m sure as COO you can fully appreciate, the level of frustration that we are experiencing is far from our expectations which doesn’t leave us with a whole lot of confidence in the brand. Just a note, we were incredibly excited when we went to your show room and purchased these wonderful items.
I know at an executive level that your beholden to the logistics of the supply chain, but it would be nice if the goal posts were established prior to our initial purchase. This may have swayed our decision to go with a local supplier or had the furniture made here in Australia.
A vent, yes, however, if the executive don’t understand what’s occurring from an operational perspective then this leaves branding, on point, a risk to reputational standing within your industry.
I trust this help inform you of the end users frustration in the process.
    Thanks in advance.
    Scott
