   I worked at the Oporto in Kelso NSW Bathurst and I recently placed in my 2 weeks notice as the boss {Katie Smith} was abusive towards customers, employees and treated me unfairly and was fairly rude to me. I had also realized that there is mold in the fridge fans and they have placed a storage shed over the drain in the back yard next to the bins. The power tank was drained and cleaned once in the time I worked there. The boss fired a girl as the name of Makaylah Marr because as Katie said (she wasn’t progressing) but she hadnt gotten any shifts in around a month and a half

   As I can’t contact anyone about this matter, the manager at Southbound Oporto, Wyong on the M1 NSW. My son was previously employed there from March-September 2024! Throughout his employment the manger there verbally abused him, continually called him dumb, no brain ect , set shifts up for him to fail on as in he N/A on days or dates he couldn’t work and would continually got put on those days to make him look unreliable, has messaged my son personally, is abusing his position on young adults. He unfairly dismissed my son due to putting him on a shift he N/A. I have just found out now that upon a referral call months after working at Oportos the Manager has continued to ruin my sons life with giving a false, PERSONAL reference to his future employees and will have that in writing on which I’m taking further to the work fair trades! This manager needs to be thoroughly investigated.
