   there is no phone number that can be called that is connected or answered. I have 2 lost orders and tracking cannot be used your end. I’m not a rich customer but a good one and im even a nice Karen. I have emailed customer service Thank you please help

   After purchasing for the first time in late October with Ozsales I retained 1 pr Brooks Women’s Trace Runners size 7. On another order on the same day I ordered a Tommy Hilfiger men’s wallet and a second pr of Brooks runners which was a size Women’s Trace Runners 10 after many chats I finally got a RAN Number: RT2257566. My return enquiry No is 6107434. The item was returned on the 5th Nov 24.
   From my enquiries through Parcel Post it was delivered to Wetherill Park on the 6th November and apparently is still waiting for pick up on your end. This is unacceptable as I am still waiting for the refund into my bank account and it is the 17th November 24. (12 days after I posted it)
   An answer would be very helpful as getting the details of my previous chats is impossible as I cannot access.

   I’m trying to do a return online. There is no return button once you go to the orders page. Can someone please contact me to help please. I tried calling your number which i’ve been notified is invalid.
