   Question: the lunch to 4m offer of pizza for $7 on3 varieties . Does this offer apply to telephone orders only, or if you go in to store and order to take away? I ask because I was charged full price and told the till is programmed for offers.

   Website will not accept contact form, tried for 45 mins. Not impressed

   Glenwood Pizza Hut, The manager Pratap was rude and unprofessional. At a certain point he said to me that he was recording our conversation but in a-split second denied it as soon as I started recording . he refused the request and even asked me to cancel my order and not get the food but still e charged at 50%. He even initially gave his name as Peter but later said it was Pratap Singh. He was rude and talked to me like I was an idiot talking down at me. Very unprofessional order was placed at 800 and as soon as I realized my mistake a minute after I called to cancel and do the right thing. Even that was not acceptable according to him.

   Hi I order one of your Pizza Hut in maroubra and they where so burn and bad it was shocking been going here for years
   But today when I saw the pizza guy cook today it was bad and I saw chicken scraps on the food and very dirty the guy finish with a paper and just chucked it on the floor like he didn’t care please don’t hire this people to cook they will shut down the place and make people sick

   I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Pizza Hut Docklands (Shop 12/57 Batman’s Hill Drive, Docklands, VIC 3008). I specifically ordered a vegetarian pizza and clearly instructed the staff not to use the meat blade and to ensure a clean cutter was used to avoid any cross-contamination. Despite this, I was shocked to find a piece of meat in the pizza. This is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a serious lack of attention to customer requests—especially for those with dietary, ethical, or religious restrictions. What’s even more frustrating is that over 20 minutes passed, and we still did not receive a replacement pizza or a refund. This reflects a complete disregard for customer service and satisfaction. I expect this issue to be investigated and addressed urgently, and I would like to be contacted by someone in a position of responsibility.

   Very disappointed and disgusted with service of the in store staff at Deception Bay Qld Pizza Hut. The on duty manager cannot speak English and she was yelling at a 15 year old employee boy whom was in tears and was certainly trying to do his best to make the pizzas’. I also noticed a red p plater completing deliveries which I know for a fact they use mobile phones to track their location and navigation purposes, however not sure how this was supposed to work for a red P plater in Qld whom cannot complete this task without the use of a mobile phone and is a traffic offence unless they are over the age of 25 which this person certainly wasn’t. Obviously the Manager/Owner of the store did not do their due diligence when the person was originally hired and maybe their risk assessment was not completed at the time either. Take 5 people.
