   I have been diabetic for over 25 years and in 2021 both doctor and diabetic educator have said to go on to Ozempic to help control long term blood sugar levels NOT weight loss, as I have lost 30 Kgs before this. My wife Chris has also been diagnosed 8 years ago with mild diabetes and was told to go onto the Ozempic as well due to her not being able to have a higher dose of metformin . We both lately are having trouble getting the Ozempic from our Priceline chemist who will not only NOT back order but blatently lie to us in saying they don`t have it, but hand it over to other customers. I rang to ask if they had Ozempic in and was put on hold for 15 minutes, I hung up and called again to be told no they don`t have any. Chris then went into the store and watched a person receive a box of Ozempic and complained to the server why she got a box when they said they didn`t have any. She was then given a low dose box to shut her up. 3 weeks later Chris asked for our scrip for the Ozempic and was told she was a week early. A week later we were told they don`t have Ozempic. On occasions I have travelled to Mirboo north 40 kms away. Yarram 80 kms away, to get Ozempic, and I have been told I can go to Sale 50kms , Bairnsdale 120 kms, Glengary 15kms away to get Ozempic. Yet my local chemist refuses to supply us with a doctors legal perscription. I am also having a problem with my webster packs in that we are told a medicine was out of script and needed a new one, with the medication with held until a new scriptwas supplied, yet we weren`t told on the last repeat we needed a new script. I have to see my doctor monthly, and being webster packs are unable to see when a medicine is out. As you know there are 3 chemists in Traralgon, 2 are Priceline, 1 Chemist Ware house. We did have 4 and that was a Terry white chemist which we used for nearly 20 years until you bought it out and closed it. So tell me WHAT are your people going to do?. Does this come under Negligence, failure of duty of care?. I suffer from stress, anxiety, anger, depression as well as diabetes (inherited) Heart ( inherited) and some other issues, yet a failure of your retailers have left me having to submit this letter to your company. These issues have been brought up with the head chemist, but since we don`t use beauty products, we seemed to be let out in the cold. I have to also get my needles and test strips from this store yet when I go in, there is none of what I want. Is this how you treat all your customers or just us?. If you don`t want our custom tell me now ? WE WANT ANSWERS.
