   I hope this is actually the right corporate website (looking at all the placeholder doggerel Latin) …

   I am writing to draw your attention to an absolutely wonderful employee. On Saturday at the North Ryde store, I was served by Alex T in the shoe section. He was on his own and darting between different clusters of customers. A woman sat down next to me, and I remarked on what a great job he was doing (I was so impressed with his customer service and product knowledge, but especially how calm and effective he was in what looked like a pressure-cooker situation). The woman said, ‘Oh yes, I know. I have a special needs son, and we have been served by him several times. He is so wonderful with him.’ You are so lucky to have this man in your employ.

   I had the pleasure of being assisted by the manager at Rebel Sport, Top Ryde (unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name), and I must say he was nothing short of exceptional! His professionalism, attentiveness, and profound knowledge left a lasting impression. He addressed all my inquiries with remarkable clarity and provided invaluable feedback that was both insightful and reassuring. The way he explained the operations of the sandshoe department demonstrated an extraordinary level of dedication and expertise. He assured me that everything would be taken care of, and he absolutely delivered on that promise. The entire experience was flawless and a true testament to outstanding customer service. An absolute legend and a credit to Rebel Sport—thank you!

   Good morning Michelle McQuaid my name Is Brandon Walder I live in Bundaberg Queensland. I placed an order on the

   Order Number:: RBAU011433254

   It was my understanding that it was delivery but when I received the e-mail about my order it was pick-up from the Rebel Maroochydore Store.

   So I rang customer service as a bit far to go for 1 Shirt only to receive really bad customer service, I explained my situation and asked if it could be sent to the Bundaberg Store NO can’t do that was the direct response, I said OK that sounds a little strange, how about you send me an invoice for postage only to be told NO again.

   So I rang head office in Homebush Bay Sydney and asked to be put through to a general manager or regional Manager I was Flatley refused…

   This whole matter is disgusting that a store manager cannot fix a very simple issue, and your customer service couldn’t care less what a Professional outfit.

   So what do we do you took my money??? But can’t send me my merchandise and your head office couldn’t care less unbelievable next stop for me is Social Media, Google Review then Consumer Affairs…

   I would like to commend your staff with two of your sports stores in West Gosford and Penrith.There was an issue with my online order regarding my address and staff from both stores worked together to ensure my parcel arrived in time for my son’s Birthday.Their calm professional manner and how they kept me informed was extensive and l am so grateful for their commitment to their position with Rebel.Management should feel very proud of their teams.Thankyou S Gray
