Good morning
My son has just arrived at a Revo Fitness Centre with his brother and has been turned away because he is U18 and does not have a waiver.
He is now waiting outside while his older brother completes his workout.
I have spoken to the management at this club, and they have indicated that a review was done on underage members and that they cannot let him in until the waiver is signed. Unfortunately, I am at work and cannot head over there to do this.
Perhaps as management it would have been good practice to advise parents/members of this so we could have sorted the waiver prior to him going to the gym and being turned away!!!
