I am writing on behalf of the Tjudibaring Aboriginal Education Consultative Group (AECG) to request your generous support for our upcoming Tjudibaring AECG Awards Night.
This event is a celebration of the dedication and hard work of our Aboriginal students, honouring their consistent efforts and achievements throughout the year. It will be a night filled with fun, community connections and recognition, taking place on Darkinjung country.
To make this night truly special for our students and their families, please find attached donation letter as we are seeking donations in the form of goods, services, or financial contributions. My daughter, who turns 15 today, recently got a job at Nambour subway. She was stoked, as we all were. She really enjoys working with the crew there, except for the managers.
I’ve had severe decline in respect for these ‘humans’ too.
I was organising a school holidays trip for her and myself prior to Christmas, and one manager rostered her on and said ‘if you don’t like it, there’s the door’.
Boxing Day she was sick and threw up, and the manager told her ‘your rostered on, you have no choice, you have to work’.
I picked her up last night to find her in tears due to a phone call from the manager at 9pm, because he’d been watching them on the security cameras from the comfort of his home. She was having period pain and cramps last night, her senior had a migraine, they got flogged through the dinner rush. She didn’t even get her break and he’s criticising them as to why they running late, said ‘I thought you said you were a hard worker’, and, ‘I’ve let people go for this’.
19 and 15 year old girls.
It was verbally, emotionally, and psychologically abusive.
All staff were also told that next week they can’t call in sick or change shifts because the managers are going on holidays.
The store is under-staffed, and I can see why.
I suggest you find better human beings to fill the roll of manager.
I would like to put in a complaint about the manager at Subway in Horsham, as a worker there, ive been kicked out of the group chats and not been put on the roster for the past 2 weeks now, the manager there favoritises her employers and the ones she doesn’t like she’ll make sure you know about it, ive been messaging her for 2 weeks asking when im working next, been left on seen every time, so im not sure if i still have a job there or not but I haven’t been told I haven’t, I see this as an unfair dismissal, and
I want to make a complaint about subway at Sunnybank hills shopping centre in Queensland(Brisbane). I got Subway for my dinner on my subway app for delivery. They gave me the wrong order. I asked them to give me Smokey bbq sauce instead they gave me honey soy mustard. Which I was allergic too. I also wrote it down for them to see that I was allergic to Sunflower Seeds and Sesame Seeds. When I rang them up they ignored me and refused to refund my money. I usually go to the calamvale subway and I’m usually happy with them, but unfortunately they were closed at the time. So I thought I try somewhere different! Unfortunately I’m not happy with this? Ordered a delivery 25/3/25 9.40pm 2x Philly style 3 cheese steak subs from Subway Corio 3214. When arrived they were fridge cold and missing an important ingredient… the steak. They closed at 10pm. I phoned the Subway store today 26/3/25. Lady was hard to understand and also had trouble understanding my complaint due to language barrier. She said come in and will replace for free. I said I’m not sure when I’ll be back on that side of town again, when I presume??? we got cut off. Although I phoned straight back, no one would answer the phone. I was going to ask for a refund but clearly did not get the chance. After no success calling back I wasnt going to keep trying. I was very disappointed with not only our order but also the way the issue was handled on the phone. Julie C
I would like to let you know I will no longer be purchasing subway in Nowra. I have previously had issues with the South Nowra store I was regularly using the other two stores. Now due to the inconsistent roles I am going to look at other options.

I would like to express my extreme disappointment in the Horsham vic Baillie street subway, we have attended the store At least 10 times or more and have never been able to order the meatball sub as they never have any.
Each time we are told they have sold out however I know it’s in the freezer and not that hard to heat it up in the microwave.
Today we were told the lunch rush was over and they won’t have anymore, the time being 1:20pm.
REALLY ITS NOT LIKE THEY HAVE TO MAKE THE MEATBALLS BY HAND AND THE SAUCE, JUST HEAT IT UP!!!!!
Subway Narangba plays extremely loud music which i am sure they are not allowed. It’s extremely disturbing to the other businesses. This isn’t very professional behaviour. I do have video proof if needed.

I bought a sub today in ingham qld the lady by the name of abby was very rude after I said to her she needs to make another one due to her oily fat skin dripping on my bun she told me to f off I want to make a complaint as this greasey pig is still doing it today as my mate told me the same shit happen on monday

I have sent a letter off to-day to Subway Brisbane head office over an issue I had with a staff member at the Wilsonton Shopping Centre subway outlet. At lunch time to-day 12:30 pm 23.05.25. I went to the store to order two 12 inch subs and during the making up of the order the staff member (so called manager of the outlet) got shitty when I said to her I didn’t want Lettice on my rolls instead I wanted spinach, I also said she needed to listen better to what I was wanting on my order, at that she picked up the two rolls and threw them in the waste bin and order me out of the subway outlet and not to ever come back .
I am extremely annoyed and disappointed at the younger generations attitude to customer service, Subway management should be accountable for this bad behaviour and if I don’t receive apology I will never support Subway outlets ever again and I will encourage my friends and other Business Colleges not to support these outlets either.
Hi, This is Ateka Hasan. I’m a regular customer of subway Casuarina (post-0810) for past 2 years as I also work in Casuarina shopping square. Recently I’ve encountered a very unpleasant experience with one of the staff member from subway. Which was so uncalled for and I’m still traumatised from the incident. On last Saturday(24/05/2025) around 1:20 PM me and my friend( who is a store manager in casuarina ) went there for lunch as we always do. I ordered a teriyaki chicken with italian herb bread and the server lady asked me what cheese I wanted and I said regular then she again asked me I said regular then she started yelling at me saying what cheese what cheese and started throwing her hands at me then I politely said cheddar then she made weird faces towards me and put the bread on the toaster after that when I realised how rudely she was behaving I asked her why she’s being rude then she started yelling at me again , at this point me and my friend were both in shock and I asked for her name she replied that she doesn’t have any name then I asked for her manager she said there’s no manager. I asked manager’s name she refused to give me the manager’s name too. At that point everyone was looking at her in shock ( all the other customers and subway employees as well). Then I asked other staff member her name and she jumped on between our conversation and yelled and spelled her name it’s N A N C Y ( NANCY). When I said I’ll complain about her she replied do whatever you can and rushed to the back. I was in deep shock and she left me behind without giving the food. I was being yelled and humiliated in-front of a lots of people and I also didn’t get my food. The next day on Sunday(25/05/25) at around 1:20 PM I went back to the subway with my husband as I didn’t dare to go by myself to talk to the store manager. One of the staff member named Loveleen told us that manager is on holiday and not sure when manager will be back. I want a proper explanation why she did that.
