  1. I purchase a fridge early December and told it will be delivered before Christmas. On the 28th l rang the Narre Warren store to be told that it is up to me to ask where the fridge is.To find out what has happen. I got hold of a manager who rang the supplier up and was told by them it will not be into stock till February They did offer me a subs Tut But 3pm i had till 4pm till get it delivered the next day. I rang up at v3.45 but told they would call bach. at 4.08 pm i call back to gety the the fridge delivered the next day. to get a call to say it missed the truck and will delivered on Sunday. To find it miss the Truck again. The girl who sold us the fridge was rude, and said its our fault. We have shop with the Good Guys for 35 years but no longer will and not happy with the sales person attiude..

    Early December I ordered a Panasonic microwave oven online (order 159916341) for delivery to Unit 14A Huntington Apartments 10 Marine Parade Southport Qld 4215. My agent has just advised that it hasn’t arrived. The email confirming the order was sent from webmaster@transactthe goodguys.com.au and I now have a nasty feeling that this may have been a spam.

    Would appreciate any advice you may be able to give me.

    After advice from one of your sales representatives at the lutwyche branch I bought a number of fisher and paykel appliances for our new kitchen in November

    We gave the sizes to the sales representative and advised that the kitchen was to commence early in the new year

    We were advised we should purchase the appliances that day as the lead times could vary

    As advised we ordered and paid on the day what could go wrong I’ve delt with the good guys before purchased numerous appliances with out problems

    Kitchen day comes due to be installed in 2 days The oven which we gave measurements to the sales representative does not fit all tho very disappointing these things happen

    What followed shouldn’t

    Advised good guys oven doesn’t fit we will have to arrange to change for one that does unfortunately fisher and paykel do not make one that fits

    Disappointed we wanted all the appliances to be the same brand however no problem I’ll by something similar I picked the Westinghouse and purchase from the good guys at magregor as it was convenient
    Picked paid with your company once again

    Then after over a dozen phone call most never returned the good guys lutwyche said that fisher and paykel said they would not refund for the oven as it fell under the return date policy as advise we were told to order on the day as lead time couldn’t be gauranteed

    After numerous call it was agreed the item would be collected and refunded this would take place 3 to 5 business days after collection

    Oven was collected March 20

    After numerous calls saying should have it soon to date we still haven’t received todays date 24 April Item was collected March 20

    We have called every second day and received a couple of emails most phone calls not returned

    Monies still not received!!!!

    Obviously this customer is not coming back and if asked I wouldn’t recommend the company to anyone

    The only option I have now is to seek legal advice I have been informed I can obtain a no win no fee lawyer considering I have had no luck in having my monies returned this is the only option I can follow

    If anyone else has had this problem I would love to know
