   hi my name is crissy kinlay ive rang your numbers multible time today and leftr my number for someone to call me back . now its been almost 10 hours awaiting someone to call me back but still no one . i have disabities and told this to multible people i cant not logg into my account ive tryed to reset password but its not sending link i dont know what happening i have alot of tickets in my ticktec box and cant see none of them ..

   dealing with Ticketek is torture. Nobody will respond to enquiries. Impossible to contact anyone. Filled out enquiry email six times and nobody responds, I bought tickets two weeks ago and I am disabled and old. I do not know where the tickets are and I can not find out. Disgusting lack of service and yet they have the audacity to charge a service fee. They have my money. I can not believe people put up with this. The money was deducted from my account two weeks ago but I received nothing. I think this is called stealing?
