  1. Dear Vodafone, In 2013 as advised by your staff was the year I obtained a pre paid mobile number from Vodafone knox City. That number is 0415499361 and is the only number I have had and every now and again I paid an amount on that account. It was an emergency phone which I used if out in the car etc alone. I this year paid $30.00 into what I thought was that account at Knox City only to last week find that money had disappeared. I contacted your office to discover that some time ago Vodafone had closed this and other old accounts. I was never told of this fact by Vodafone. Upon thinking about it I submitted a complaint form to the complaints department and your employee Sajida was unable to locate my mobile number even though my wife could ring it from her phone. Then there is an insinuation by Sajida that I did not submit the complaint form and it was necessary for the owner of the phone account to do so. Now I am sent by Sajida a ridiculous number to type in somewhere to verify my identification. As said I might be old but I am not yet stupid. It seems to me that I am being run around the block. I just am asking why was my original account closed with its money and why was my $ 30 .00 not paid on my original account, and where does Sajida get the idea that I did not compile and submit the complaint on the net. Is it because of my age? We are so annoyed we are thinking of cancelling my wifes vodafone mobile which she has had for years and going to Telestra where we have the internet and land line.I am sure they would be happy to fix us up with a bundle. As far as my idenification I am a retired Detecive Inspector of Victoria Police if you would like to check that one out please do. We always thought Vodafone did better than this.

  2. Vodafone I sent you an email last night about my defunct mobile pre paid 0415499361. A couple of things I failed to tell you. Some considerable time ago possible years ago I had similar trouble with this account and a very helpful young lady went to no lengths to fix the problem. The manager at Vodafone Knox gave me her number. She realized that I did not want the internet on the service and the reason why I had the account and she disconnected the internet . The service worked exceptionally well until this recent event. Now there seems a problem that firstly my number which vodafone gave me and I have had for years could not be found then my so called details could not be matched up to me. Well here they are William Bryan Dabb DOB 7.6.1938 ,12 Crestdale Road, Wantirna 3152 Melbourne Vic and if they are able to find it my wifes mobile is also against the same address. It is no good calling me on my mobile because it is off .No money on the account all disappeared.
