Had to change banks from ANZ to Bendigo Bank ( Australia ) as our branch was closing. We have used our cards under our cheque acc no charge. My first shop today with new card l pressed 1 for Debit Mastercard ( my money ) then it listed a surcharge, l thought l had made a mistake as it was not a credit sale. But NO as l had no other option l had to continue with the sale. I am not happy, is this an Aldi surcharge or bank surcharge. I await your reply. Thank You

How disgraceful that I can go to Aldi and hand over my money for goods bought in good faith BUT when it comes to actual HUMAN CONTACT over the phone you waste 9 phone calls being told all the same rubbish from the same COLD ROBOT VOICE that you are NOT ALLOWED TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN at this so called FRIENDLY place to shop….. I’ve had it with this BUSINESS ALDI is not FRIENDLY OR HELPFUL…..
I have tried to contact Workzone, one of your suppliers about a product bought from you and an email to them, the only contact available, comes back with their email box is full or inactive. I have tried to contact you, Aldi, about it but there is no option to do this on your webpage.
I have bought more than one Workzone product from you and this seriously concerns me. How can I contact them?

ALDI you’ve Gone down the drain. Hardly any stock of the normal items I buy, you’ve Never replaced many items that we got used to buying but instead have substituted them with items at double the price? Your prices are not far off Cole’s or Woolies prices and you’ve never recovered since Covid….3 yrs ago.
I used to spend $120 -$150 a fortnight, I am 1 person,vegetarian, so no meat just veg and cooking things, and now it’s over $200-$250 for the same items with way too many products not being restocked.
Bring back your organic range, bring back the major specials like large 2 kilo jars of artichokes, no coconut white chocolate, no Fridge 500 gram ravioli, no organic tomato paste which was 99cents but instead you offer the brand for double the price. And much much more.
Very disappointing when we’ve supported you from day dot.

waine here, im known as the owner of aldi and aldi sud at the top of aldi food chain and im trying to contact a staff member that has tryed to contact me first. im awear of her presants and willing to meet her, now she comes from a store up near coffs harbour (within 150 km radious) of coffs harbour. now this is a security area for me and my engaugement to outlay my tasks and tasks set for the staff.
now i live in tasmaina at the presant moment and am looking to buy a farm house within tasmaina and stay for thirty seven years.
i may if i have too , flyin for a meeting in coffs harbour but i would like my staff to fly down to tasmaina in stead.
this meeting is due to the concern of my credit held within aldi. ive had it on hold for twenty years and the credit sits in a keycard held at aldi up near coffs harbour. im in dear need of my credit and would like to move in upgradeing my life with the credit.
in australia im known as albert and theo but in tasmaina i may be known as karl and theo, now i need direct contact with my staff member . as she has allredy got my phone number but the line in to my phone is jamed and she cannot get threw, this is annoying both of us and has for thirty seven months. i have no home at the moment so i do not have a land line she can contact me on.
so at the end of the day i need her phone number to call her ( big task looking for one staff member female ) to get her phone number .
now im thinking some thing and that is she contact the commonwealth bank in hobart tasmaina and leave her phone details on my banking records over the phone , the staff should procced with a short little message that this person of aldi is trying to contact you with the procceding phone number. she has my bank details already . now if she approaches the commonwealth bank in her own area she should be able to leave a message the the bank manager to comply with these instructions , it would help me alot to recive her phone number.
now ive just finished with the tasmaian defence force and been given thirty eight years off till i procced with them again. now with this comes my pay wages from the defence force of tsasmaina. but this may take sixty eight weeks for the defence force to get arround the task of paying me out at eighty seven million for a shift that took forty seven years to compleate at twenty four hours per day seven days per week for the forty seven years.
now im restricted to the island of tasmaina for seventeen years and cant get off due to millitary guidelines and i need my aldi credit , i have not looked in to permission to fly in to australia threw the defence force of tasmaina but i dont mind looking at this alternative .
i dont know if you can help me with this outcome but a long shot is allways worth the chance.

I have just done some shopping at Aldi’s on grange road Findon.
SA. The service at the checkout was the most abhorrent behaviour i have ever seen. I left my items in the basket on the counter i forget you have to take them out. He snapped and said take them out. I did. I left the basket on the counter i thought he would take it. But he snapped again and said to take the basket off the counter. He was serving another person and at the same time and being awful to me. At the end after his rudeness he told me never to come back to Aldis again. Where is the service the politeness to your customers. I have come back home so so upset. So close to Christmas I was verbally insulting by aldis staff. I will never ever shop there again. I will et everyone know what he did to me today.
Are there any plans to open an Aldi store in Yeppoon Queensland ??????

TO WHO IT MAY CONCERN
I was at Aldi this morning (9.30…. 23/6/2025 2nd aisle))and the the check out lady was so rude and inconsiderate shoving my groceries so hard it was difficult to keep up.
I am a customer that visits the store every week (sometimes twice)at Australind, West Australia.
The bad manners that the check out ladies treat customers, is a disgrace..(most of them)
I cannot believe that a bit of patience can be shown to the senior people. ( Iam 76, and I never get treated at other stores like ALDI ladies do) is it a culture?… they shut the aisles that quick….whats the problem???
I go as fast I can, even have the bags ready to load the groceries but still I am not quick enough.
Have a think and consider your older customers and teach these check out ladies some blooody manners.
