My name is Fiorenza Garofolo, I recently purchased a Miele dishwasher from Bing Lee Rhodes. The purchase was made on 01/10/24 for $3799.00, the dishwasher arrived with out a door decor kit. I’m still waiting for the door to arrive. The service provided to me is unacceptable I hade to chase them up on any updates they never called me for any updates. They promised me it would arrive before Xmas and here we are mid January??? When I called them yesterday they offered me to go to Ikea and purchase the door there?? I didn’t purchase my dishwasher from Ikea! then they offered me a door from one of the floor modals. This is outrages I have bought all my appliances and electricals from Bing Lee for the past 30 years. To say I’m not happy is an understatement. This level of service is disappointing on all levels I will not be shopping at Bing Lee ever again and will not be recommending you to everyone I know.
