   At Southland store today told I couldn’t return doona cover as I had taken out pillowcase to check design. Lucky I did – turned out to be kids design but was not marked as such. Needed a single for 97 year old lady in nursing home. Did not want bunnies. It was in an elasticated bag so no damage to packaging at all and purchased yesterday so clearly not used. Manager would not budge. Charming treatment. Won’t shop at KMart again EVER!!! Cost of living crisis and I lose my money. Great customer service and good will.

   I was told today at Cranbourne store I would need to go ( half way across the store ) to try a pair of shoes on as NO seats available in the shoe department!!!! I am 70 years old with some health issues but my heart goes out to a lot of others disabled etc.

   Today I was in your store at Merrylands and again had the opportunity to chat with Kristie at the door. I have had the opportunity to chat with her on numerous occasions and am always made feel welcome in the store. Even though she finds the time to chat she still greet all customers entering and exiting the store and directing them to the area they need, while doing her job. It is nice to find a staff member who is so friendly and genuinely welcoming. I wasn’t surprise at the number of people that made a effort to come over to her and say hi, and people who actually knew her name and asked her how she was today. Many times while entering different stores there are often staff at the door that will not even acknowledge your existence and even turn away so they do not have to greet you, let alone take the time to chat. I only wish that there were more staff member who were as genuinely welcoming as this store member. Well done!

   Kmart Campbellfield is a war zone of chaos. This store has changed, I have been a customer with this store for almost 26 years. Since Michael the last Manager left it is a mess and very dirty, customer service is so trash and the stock is on the floor placed in wrong places, clothes are on the ground, the shoe section is absolutely disgusting. What happened to the Kmart we loved? Have you changed ownership?? The past 10years the transformation is unbearable and so disappointing. Will never buy from Kmart Campbellfield again unless it is organised.

   I went into Dandenong Kmart and it was horrible there is stuff every where. while you have you staff member hanging around and talking about what they are doing this weekend while customer and i try to ask them where they can find thing and no help what so ever. this is not the first time this has happened. they are also getting other staff member from other stall to help Dandenong Kmart to clean up they act. do Som think about it Dandenong Kmart shame on you for leave you stall to other because you don’t care.
