1 thought on “Pie Face Head Office”

  1. After being a patron of the Liberty, United and now Pieface petrol station since 1993(32 years in March 2025) I decided to only get petrol from there from now on. Why? Nothing to do with the staff at the garage but I believe management and how little they cared about long term customers relying on quite a number of products of food items that previous owners had supplied at a reasonable price. Pieface also I believe jumped the gun on the last change in the roll your own tobacco supply to its customers and stopped the 15 gram pouches and went straight to 25 to 30 gram pouches in March when I found supermarkets and other traders have only just implemented that near the end of June.

Pieface didn’t care about its loyal customers and actually without getting a receipt which was my mistake, three times I was charged different prices for 25 gram Riverstone in a two week period and one operator said it was his fault and the companies because the wrong data was put in the computer for this product. I paid $55,$71and $85 for the 25 grams and there was no recompense for the mistake and I didn’t bother asking as time had gone by and I had no receipt to prove. So at IGA just up the road I have been able to get Riverstone 15 gram pouches until almost the end of June and a very caring explanation from the owner about not wanting to do the price raise and pouch change to 30 gram or 25 grams but now government made him do it.

The other thing about Pieface 107 Hanson Rd, Woodville North which all these incidents apply, well continually the two spotlights on top of the garage are left on many times and also the canopy lights. I can see the spotlights pointing North from my bedroom when they are left on and I have many times rang the operator on shift at Pieface and let them know they are wasting power and often they would turn off the wasteful lights. I have actually tried to email Pieface about putting a automated shut off for lights during the day outside and automatic turn on when darkness is close but no email access was able nor the ability to ring any head office and this is my last attempt at trying to connect with Pieface and next I try a review for the 107 Hanson Rd, Woodville North. Why do I complain about the lights at the garage? Because in the summer with the amount of electricity used for light and machines inside the garage plus outside, I fear it is such a waste but also fear that Pieface will cause shutdowns of the power grid and I am old and couldn’t take that and I believe we have just been lucky to this stage but Europe is warming and so will we earlier in Spring. Pieface management I am not happy with and I have spent thousands of dollars since 1993 at this garage but no more. Regards Eddy.
